What it will be
Status: coming soon — designed and tested with the founding cohort before it opens.
AI Studio is a workbench for the whole arc of facilitation work: drafting game concepts and mechanics, generating card decks, preparing sessions, adapting a game for a specific client or culture, structuring debriefs, and turning a session into a report the client actually reads. Each project is versioned, so your work compounds instead of vanishing into a chat history.
We're building it in the only order that makes sense: practitioners first. Founding members will test every tool against real practice and throw out what doesn't hold up. The goal is not to automate facilitation — it's to give a skilled facilitator better instruments.
What you'll be able to do
Go from an idea and an audience to a working game skeleton you can pressure-test.
Produce and refine deck content — questions, scenarios, prompts — in your voice, ready for print.
Session plans, timings and materials from your game and your group's context.
Rework a game for a new industry, culture or language without losing what makes it work.
Turn raw session notes into structured debriefs and client-ready reports.
Move games across the platform's languages with facilitation nuance intact.
Already in the foundation
This page describes something in formation — but not something imaginary. The platform runs on one canonical data model, and this product is already part of it, behind a feature flag.
Nine tool types are modeled. Game design, mechanics, card decks, session prep, client adaptation, debrief, reporting, localization and marketing — the taxonomy is already in the schema.
Projects are versioned. AI projects and their version history are first-class records — your iterations are kept, comparable and yours.
An AI hub already exists. The AI Game Facilitation hub is live today — the community that will shape and test the Studio is forming now.
Flag-gated, not vaporware. AI Studio ships by switching a feature flag on the live platform — the foundation is in production.
